1. Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the betbut platform and all its users. betbut is an online betting and gaming service platform operating in Bangladesh.

• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳32,000.
• If the bonus is not used within the set period, it will expire.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• More than one bonus offer cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned through wagering are withdrawable.
• betbut reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

betbut is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. On our platform, the outcome of every game is impartial and determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and event has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are shown on the relevant game page. betbut reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Special Rules for Cricket Betting

• Bets can be placed both during a match and before it begins.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Bets can be placed on all international and domestic cricket matches, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.
• Any odds change made after a match has started will not affect the outcome of bets already placed.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a technical issue (server downtime, connection loss) occurs during a game, betbut will attempt to resume the game from the last saved state. If the game data cannot be recovered, the amount wagered will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betbut platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses fraudulently.
• Using the platform for money laundering or channeling illegal funds.
• Playing games using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
• Attempting to hack the game system or gain unauthorized advantages.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of games or bets.
• Attempting to place bets on matches or events featured on the platform with prior knowledge of their results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, betbut is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by temporary unavailability of the platform or technical disruptions.
• Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, internet connections).

• Financial losses resulting from betting — the financial risk of gambling is entirely the user's own responsibility.

betbut is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum compensation arising from use of the platform will always be limited to the value of the transaction in question.
